I ordered that kept appearing in their catalog all the time I waited. Eventually i received my dress I am so disappointed - I order a couple of items one was an embellished sweatshirt which looked beautiful in the catalogue but the fit was so strange. I ordered a large which should have been plenty big enough for me. The body was almost too large and the sleeves which were long were to tight. I paid $75.00 or $80.00 for this items which is certainly cheap it is still hanging in my closet. Very disappointing i get the catalogue all the time and the clothing looks beautiful, styles that I would love to have but I have not order because of my past experience. i call the company on this number which is????????????²⁸⁴³¹³¹i contacted them and finally i received my order amount back from this company for this sweatshirt which looked beautiful in the catalogue but the fit was so strange. These people are terrible when it comes to contacting you about shipments. I waited 3 weeks nothing and then I called and nothing . So I called again they lady was nice and said this should have shipped. So 3 days later still no email of the shipment. Now I call and most of my order is on backorder for 3 months. Well who wants a summer skirt in October???

Expedited service means nothing, you get it when you get it. Return & pay shipping PLUS they charge you $8.95 on top. Horrible will never purchase again.

NOT offering fast and free shipping no matter the order size. I ordered several items and paid for the shipping. Several days later I got an email telling me my order had shipped. It took several days to even ship it?! So I waited and waited and waited. I tracked the order which says it arrived in Kansas the next day and has never been updated since then. I finally called customer servicefor refund on this help which is seven six zero two8four three one three one finally i got my refund back for the whole order from Soft Surroundings I can't wait for months to get a order, because by the time I get it the season is over. Customer service is the best but I will never order from them again..

I ordered two items from Chadwicks and was charged to ship each item. It's much more economical for me to shop online at Macy's and pick the item up at the store. Why purchase clothing items from Chadwick's when I can get name brands on sale at Macy's cheaper, and they fit better? I purchased this dress and was never able to wear it as it didn't hang evenly. Returning items to Macy's is less stressful. I wouldn't waste my time again shopping at this company.

I ordered two pairs of pants, I received two pairs of pants, they didn't fit well, so I returned them. I was charged a lot more shipping than I would have expected for those two items, and I was charged more to return them. Due to this practice, the company issued me refunds that were much less than the cost of the original garments. It feels like their business model is to make a profit by not being upfront and transparent about their shipping and return policies. I will not being shopping at Chadwick's again. If you receive a catalog from them in the mail that you didn't request, just toss it.

Today I tried to place an order online. The website didnt have a place to use gift card. So I called customer service/to place order. Enough though I had full order on website They had to take full order over the phone. Because I had given my email address on website I was supposed to get 15% off.
After giving my order and gift card number and spending 30 to 45 min on call she hung up.on me.
I called back after repeating my problem and spending another 30 to 45 min and customer service not wanting to give me 15 % off my order he informed my my gift cards were null and void because they had a new management company. This company is very slippery and possibly close to fraudulent.
I previously was a frequent murderer. Hadn't ordered in about 4 yrs.
Dont order from them -- too much chance of fraud.

This company is shady. Don't by from them. If you go on their website and they offer a "rebate" they are really setting up your bank account for monthly debits that they think they are entitled to. Sorry in my book this fraud. Don't order from them online, don't order from their catalog. They are a ripoff.

I am repeating what another user said. This happened to me with no notification or warning that they were charging me.
I returned a beautiful hoody with a request to send it to me in a different size and color. I didn't get it but thought they refunded me. Unfortunately they had signed me up for the VIP club with a recurring charge each month. Luckily I noticed it. They say they will be refunding me. They seemed to know exactly why I was calling. How decveptive!
